Propuesta urbana para una zona residencial de alta densidad, situada a pie de montaña, junto la estación de esquí. Con hotel y equipamientos.
Se elimina la circulación de tráfico rodado, excepto los buses que llegan al hotel, y se entierran calles y aparcamientos. En la superficie calles peatonales y zonas verdes públicas y semipúblicas. Se mantiene el arbolado existente.
New urban plan. High density residential area. The site is close to El Tarter skiing area. Includes house apartments, hotel, restaurants, bar and wellness center.
We erased the car circulation from the surface, except for the buses circulating to the hotel. The road and parking are in the basement. We evolved the surface to pedestrian streets, small paths and green public areas. We keep the existing trees.
